Join the 2026 AZ Pastors Learning Cohort
We are shepherding in a season of spiritual disorientation, individual isolation, and profound social change. To lead well and meet the new needs of the day, we need shared wisdom, fresh imagination, and collaborative action.
The AZ Pastors Learning Cohort* program exists to support ministry teams across our state as we discern how to faithfully equip our congregations to put Jesus on display in Arizona.
Who is Invited?
Anyone who shepherds in the ecosystem of the Arizonan church, regardless of their official title (e.g., minister, elder, bishop).
What the Cohort Offers
Throughout 2026, select churches will journey together through a curated learning experience designed to help pastoral leaders:
- Broaden theological and missional imagination
- Strengthen congregational practices that equip and empower disciples
- Build collaborative relationships with local churches
- Develop ministry initiatives that support flourishing in our communities
Participants will engage with nationally respected pastors, theologians, and practitioners, and will receive access to coaches, authors, missiologists, and theologians for custom coaching and support specific to their ministry setting and the unique needs of their team.
Cohort Benefits
Participants receive free access (for pastors, staff, and key volunteers) to these events:
- AI & the Church — February 4
